Toyo is now available to everyone
The assistant who lives in your messages, calls you, and gives your time back by helping you stay top of your tasks.
Toyo Team
Founders, managers, and anyone who works in a fast-growing company knows the drill. You spend your day pulled between inboxes, notifications, tabs, meetings, and follow-up. The important work often waits until later. It sucks.
We are building Toyo for you: A personal assistant that knows you and your work, lives in your messages, and can even call you to share updates or take direction on work you need help with.
Just talk to Toyo how you'd message a coworker. It helps with the busywork eating your day; triaging email, helping you prep for your next call, drafting that update you've been avoiding, summarizing all the newsletters you don't have time to read, and so much more.
Today, we're pleased to open access to Toyo to everyone.
Get started with your own Toyo, or read on to learn more about how it can help you.
How can Toyo help you?
An assistant is only useful if you can actually reach it. So Toyo lives where you already work, in your messages. No new apps, no new tabs.

Toyo helps clear your inbox
Connect Toyo to your inbox and it can automatically review your email overnight, or throughout the day.
When you wake up, Toyo has already surfaced what needs your attention and can send you a short morning briefing on what's urgent, what's important, and what needs you.
Toyo can also draft replies in your voice for you to review, tweak, and send. Want to talk it through? It'll give you a quick call to review your priorities.

Toyo helps you stay on top of your meetings
Toyo gets you ready for what's next. It can send you meeting prep ahead of a call, which is useful for sales calls or internal meetings, and capture follow-up actions from your meeting transcripts so nothing from the conversation slips.
It also catches the commitments you make in calls, emails, and DMs, and can send you a nudge before they slip.
It takes the back-and-forth out of scheduling, too. Ask it to set up a meeting and it checks everyone's calendars, proposes a time that works, drafts the message to send, and updates the invite once they confirm.

Toyo can talk to you on the phone
Onboard to Toyo with a quick phone call. Tell it about your business, your team, and how you work.
Once you're set up, you can call Toyo any time, or have it call you. Send it a voice note, or get one back, if that's your jam. We've found that being able to communicate with voice alongside text is a natural way to work with our Toyo teammates.

Toyo helps keep your projects moving
Toyo connects to where your team tracks work: Linear, Todoist, Asana. It can read and update your tasks and file new ones, so the to-do you mentioned on a call doesn't evaporate when the call ends.
Toyo gets the full picture of how you're working with your team by connecting Slack and your Granola meeting notes: what work is happening, what got said in the meeting, and where it's being talked about. Nothing slips between the tool, the thread, and the call.

Toyo puts your company knowledge to work
Company context is scattered across more tools than ever: Google Drive, Docs, Notion, GitHub, and the rest.
Toyo connects to your company's knowledge sources so it understands what's happening and can pull the right context into your work. Ask "what's our current pricing, and what changed last quarter?" and you get a real answer instead of a search.

Toyo helps keep your pipeline moving
Connect your CRM, your meeting notes, and your email, so Toyo knows which relationships matter and which deals need to move forward. It keeps your pipeline current and helps you draft the follow-ups and proposals that keep things moving, so nothing important slips through.

Toyo starts at $29/month for Solo. Pro is $79/month if you want higher usage limits, frontier models, and help with deeper work like research, writing, and analysis. For teams, we set up one Toyo per teammate with shared company context and custom skills.
This is just the start. We're working on some exciting new features to make Toyo an even more capable assistant for you, and to embed deeper into your company. But we want to hear from you, too. Please send us an email and tell us how else Toyo could help, or any tools or integrations you wish it had.
