What this does
Toyo connects to Gmail and helps keep your inbox readable without making you live in it.
When you enable email triage, Toyo reviews your existing inbox once, then keeps processing new email as it arrives. Each thread gets one clear label, so Gmail mobile stays usable instead of filling up with long Toyo prefixes.
Toyo sorts email into practical buckets: newsletters, notifications, billing, security, cold outreach, priority, and general. You can tune the rules by telling Toyo what matters. If emails from a certain investor, customer, or teammate are always important, say so once and Toyo uses that context going forward.
What Toyo Handles
By default, Toyo can archive cold outreach after it labels it. The email stays searchable by label, but it leaves your inbox.
You can also turn on reply drafting. When enabled, Toyo drafts replies for priority and general email using thread history, your memory, and your calendar when availability matters. It does not make you hunt for the draft. Toyo texts you the context and points you to the draft to review.
Example: "John asked to meet for coffee next week. He works in construction and looks like a strong potential client. Your calendar is open Tuesday afternoon, so I drafted a reply in Gmail."
What Toyo Tells You About
Not every important email deserves a notification. Toyo looks for urgent and important email across priority, general, security, billing, and notification threads, then messages you only when something needs attention now.
Example: "Jon just reminded you to sign the contract. It looks due today. Open it here."
Newsletter Summaries
If you use email triage, Toyo can also summarize the newsletters you never have time to read. Run it daily and Toyo will pull the useful parts from the last 24 hours, with more weight on topics related to your work.
You Stay In Control
Email triage is optional. You choose whether Toyo labels email, which labels get archived, whether urgent email triggers a message, and whether Toyo drafts replies.
Toyo does not remove labels when you turn triage off. It simply stops processing new email until you turn it back on.
