What this does
Walking into a meeting cold is a tax most founders pay daily. Toyo eliminates it. Thirty minutes before every call, you get a one-screen brief in iMessage with everything you need to walk in confident.
What's in the brief
- **Who they are** — current role, last raise, public news in the last 30 days. Pulled from their LinkedIn + the live web, not stale CRM notes.
- **What this meeting is about** — Toyo reads the calendar invite, the email thread that led to it, and any docs attached, then summarises the actual ask in two sentences.
- **Where you left off** — last email or Slack with this person, last meeting recap (from Granola if connected), open commitments in either direction.
- **One question worth asking** — a sharp opener Toyo suggests based on what's changed since you last spoke.
After the meeting
If you use Granola or Otter, Toyo pulls the recap, extracts decisions and action items, files them to your Library, and creates follow-up nudges for anything you committed to. The next prep brief reflects what just happened.
It's the prep ritual a senior EA would do for you, automated for every meeting on your calendar — not just the ones with the biggest VIPs.
