What this does
A missed call from a customer is a missed signal. Toyo answers the calls you cannot take, talks to the caller, figures out what they need, and decides whether it is worth interrupting you.
What it does on a call
- Greets the caller in your business name and asks how it can help.
- Captures who called, why, and how urgent it is.
- Routes the urgent ones to you immediately by text, with the context.
- Files everything else as a tidy message you can act on later, no voicemail to transcribe.
Why it beats voicemail
Voicemail makes the caller do the work and gives you a chore to clear. Toyo does the work on both sides: the caller gets a real conversation and an answer to simple questions, and you get a structured summary instead of a backlog of messages to listen through.
