What this does
The contract you need is in an email from four months ago, and you cannot remember the subject line. Toyo ends that search. It watches incoming mail, pulls every attachment, and files it where you can actually find it again.
What it does with each file
- Saves it to your Library and Drive, out of the email where it would otherwise be buried.
- Tags it by sender, type, and topic: contracts, invoices, decks, designs.
- Names it sensibly, so "document-final-v3.pdf" becomes something you can search for.
Why filing matters
Attachments are where important documents go to disappear. By the time you need the signed agreement or the deck a partner sent, it is twelve threads deep. Toyo keeps a clean, searchable record from the moment the file arrives, so retrieving it later is one question, not an archaeology dig.
It is the filing an organised assistant would do quietly in the background, on every attachment you receive.
