Toyo is your executive assistant who lives in your messages
An AI agent is only useful when you can trust it and reach it in the places you already work. So we built Toyo around a first-class messaging experience. No new apps, no new tabs.

Day to day, an AI agent or coworker is only useful when:
-
You can trust it to handle tasks reliably.
-
It's easy to reach in the places you already work.
Any agent that asks you to install a new app or keep another browser tab open makes both the trust and the habit much harder to build.
But one app most of us never close is your messages. An agent you reach by messaging it, rather than opening another dashboard, is far easier to actually use. When working with it feels like texting a colleague, it fits into your day instead of adding to it.
So we've built Toyo around a first-class messaging experience. It lives in iMessage or Telegram, ready to work the moment you text it.
Toyo answers your texts and your calls
Just think of Toyo as a new contact in your phone: signup, onboarding, and daily work all happen in one conversation, through text and voice.
Texting it is as natural as messaging a coworker. Prefer to talk? Send a voice note or get on a call, and Toyo can call you back when it suits you. However you reach out, Toyo responds in seconds.
Getting set up is as simple as a conversation
A lot of what makes today's AI tools powerful sits behind setup: context to import, tools to connect, behavior to tune. These tools reward whoever has the time and technical skill to do it properly.
Engineers clear that hump, running agents on tools like OpenClaw. The rest of us can't. Founders and their teams are busy running a business, not testing models and building workflows.
So Toyo does the setup for you, in a conversation. You tell it about your business, your team, and how you work on a quick phone call. By the end it knows what matters to you, it's connected to Gmail, Calendar, and Slack, and the next morning it's running. No config screen, no technical skill required: just an assistant that already knows you and your business.
Less busywork, more of your real work
Founders routinely report losing about a third of their week to admin. That's nearly two days(!) spent playing catch up VS working on the business.
Your relationship with Toyo starts where that time goes: email, calendar, and the high-value work a world-class EA would take off your plate. Toyo is opinionated about how and where it can actually help, starting with three things:
Email: your inbox, handled before you open it
A few of the ways Toyo can help you spend less time in your inbox:
-
Triages overnight email and surfaces only what needs you
-
Drafts replies in your voice, ready to send or edit
-
Summarizes the newsletters you'd never get to, flags expenses as they land
Calendar: stop playing calendar Tetris
Say "find time with my lead investor this week" and Toyo will draft an email proposing options, book the one they pick, and send an invite. Want to push that 3pm to Thursday and draft a note to your teammates to let them know? Done.
Meetings: show up ready
30 minutes before a call, Toyo can brief you on who you're meeting, and what you discussed last time, and what's on the agenda today. After, it can send a recap or meeting summary to you via email or text.
Toyo does the reading, drafting, and triage itself. Anything that will be sent to another person requires your approval.
Toyo is now in private beta
We're inviting users from our waitlist in small batches, and working closely with them to shape the product.
Join the waitlist and tell Toyo about you and your business. We're prioritizing access to people who take a few minutes to speak to Toyo and tell us where it can help them most.
